Inspire Equine is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Inspire Equine collects personally identifiable information from our visitors only if it is volunteered, for example, when filling out a registration form.

Inspire Equine may also wish to send to our site visitors additional information about other products and services by electronic mail. At the time of providing us with contact information, visitors are given the opportunity to indicate that they do not wish to receive such mailings.

When sensitive information is voluntarily given by visitors, it is protected both online and off-line. The information is encrypted with the industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. While on a secure site such as ours, the lock icon appears on your web browser so you know these safeguards are in place.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing before your order ships.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.65 for the continental U.S. Shipping addresses in Florida will require a state sales tax of 7%.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world but our online store only allows shipping to the continental U.S. If you are an international customer, please email info@stressless4horses.com about your order. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns may be made up to 30 days after purchase. The product must be in original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please email us at info@stressless4horses.com before shipping to receive return authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
